Warranty and returns

For Love Polewear, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our product quality is guaranteed. Therefore, each item before shipment is checked and photographed in detail. However, it is the customer’s job to carefully and accurately check the sizes and dimensions before purchasing. Please refer to the size charts on the product page.

It is possible to cancel the order within 7 days from the day on which the user or the third person indicated by you receives the purchased item only in the event of a defective or damaged item (not for transport reasons). If the goods have been damaged during transport then the customer must, by agreement with our customer service, prove the status of the item by sending an email.

The refund in case of cancellation of the order will be equal to the amount of the ordered item. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer who must return the item within 7 days of receiving the item.
